On 31 October 2008 Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted „Code of Best Practice for Companies Listed on the NewConnect Market” and „Code of Best Practice for Authorized Advisers on the NewConnect Market”.

Raising of conduct standards for the companies and Authorized Advisers on the NewConnect Market is supposed to create favourable conditions for development of this market and represents a tool for enhancement of efficiency of the overall capital market, which will undoubtedly contribute to the growth of the shareholders’ value of public companies and quality of services provided by the Authorized Advisers.
